Countries with high CD rates.
Question:
There seems to be a link between John’s Disease in cattle and Crohn’s disease in humans. If I am not mistaken Scotland also has a very high rate of CD (Chron’s Disease). I am on a treatment protocal to elliminate M.Paratuburculosis from my system with antibiotics and probiotics. M.Paratuburculosis is the bacteria that causes John’s Disease and evidence indicates it may also cause some CD. Visit http://www.crohns.org/ for more information. Ckeck out the media/food saftey link, it has a couple of BBC broadcasts about CD and M.Paratuburculosis. Also please visit http://www.shafran.net/ That is my doctor’s page. He has lot of resources there. Mike Hi, I picked up a leaflet on Crohns when I was diagnosed (2 weeks ago) and it said Wales and Sweeden were countries with a particularly high rate of CD. I was wondering why this might be so? (esp. as I live in Wales!!) Any ideas? -Tony. Before you buy.
